Architectural Controls

Recently revised bylaws have approved the McKenzie Industrial Business Park for general commercial, medium industrial and business service industrial (formerly light industrial) use. The availability and variety of zoning types will create an ideal staging ground for complimentary businesses to form the foundations of working relationships. The McKenzie Park vision is one of self-sufficiency and a reduced need to source supplies and services from other parts of the region.
